Earth Stewardship Sunday @ First

The Season of Easter is a time when we celebrate new life in Christ. Christ has defeated the powers of death, and Easter reminds us that all of creation is new in Jesus Christ.

In conjunction with Easter, First Christian is taking the Third Sunday of Easter to remember that God is God of all of creation, not just humans.

Our service on April 26 will focus on the care of the environment and how care for God’s world a way we can express our love for God. Watch this space for ways to be involved in caring for the earth and please come by and worship God with us on Sunday, April 26.
