Unbinding Your Heart: First Christian’s 40 day journey of prayer and faith-sharing continues. There is still time to sign up for a small group, so please register in the lounge today.

American Art Song Festival: Thursday, October 29 at First Christian.  Choir members Julia Engel and James Barrnett will perform.

Getting Dirty for Jesus: On November 14 from 10am-12:30pm, we will go to Community Emergency Services, a ministry in the Phillips Neighborhood, to help them restock their foodshelf .  If you are interested please contact Associate Pastor Dennis Sanders.  A signup sheet is available in the lounge. Thanksgiving Meal: Come help us celebrate Thanksgiving at First Christian Church! You are invited to a potluck dinner after Worship in Fellowship Hall on Sunday, November 22.  The meat, potatoes, bread, and beverage will be provided for $5.00 per person or a maximum of $15.00 per family.  Everyone is asked to bring their favorite vegetable, salad, or dessert to share.  For those unable to bring food, a contribution of $8.00 per person is suggested.   Please make reservations by marking your attendance sheet on Sunday, November 8 or 15 or by calling the church office (612-871-7281)  no later than Monday, November 16.  A nursery will be available by reservation only.
