Open Table Ministry needs your help!

The Open Table Ministry of First Christian Church has two upcoming opportunities where we need volunteers:

1.        Friday, March 21st: Q-Qwest, held at Webster Open School —  This is a daylong event for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Allied youth to enjoy workshops, food, dancing, conversation, and art with a couple hundred other LGBTQA youth from across the metro & greater metro area!  There is a training you would need to attend:  either Saturday, March 15 @ 11 a.m., or  Wednesday, March 19th at 5:30.  Both are being held at the Family Tree Clinic in Saint Paul, 1619 Dayton Ave #205.

2.       Saturday, April 5:  FCC hosts a GLBTQA Youth night for the wider Twin Cities community.  Dan and Deb will both be in Newton for Regional Gathering, and we don’t want to leave Kirsten and Mike without help.

Both events are a lot of fun and are a great way for FCC members to demonstrate our mission of openness to GLBQA youth.  If you are available to help or have questions, please talk to Kirsten or Student Pastor Dan.
