The SpringHouse Green Team is a building-wide committee that focuses on keeping the ministry center as “green” as possible, as well as other environmental issues. The Green team invites all of us to join them in the following events this summer:
SpringHouse Gardens Need Your Help
The SpringHouse Landscape Committee is seeking your help in maintaining the beautiful gardens that surround our building. Each year the gardens need some tender loving care in the form of weeding and mulching. This can be a big job for one person, but three or four folks gathered on a Saturday can complete the task in less than 2 hours. Will you consider working in the gardens this year? If you don’t know the weeds from the flowers, we can teach you.
Our first gardening date is Saturday, June 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Bring gardening gloves, a hand spade (if you have one) and a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.
Future gardening dates and times:July 15, 10 AM – Noon
July 29, 10 AM – Noon
August 5, 10 AM – Noon
